About Jorge Gomez

A hands-on storyteller who grew into a strategic creative leader.

Portrait of Jorge Gomez

I’m a Dominican-American storyteller shaped by Brooklyn, the Bronx, documentary filmmaking, and nearly two decades of turning complex missions into clear, human stories.

I started by learning every stage of production: researching, interviewing, shooting, editing, and finishing. Today I use that same craft knowledge to decide what should be made, why it matters, and how a team can deliver it well.

The best stories do more than explain the work. They help people feel why it matters.

Jorge Gomez is an Emmy-nominated storyteller and editorial leader who finds the human story inside complex missions, sets the editorial direction, and guides the creative work that brings it to life.

I make the call on what the story is. Then I help make it.
